2 Billion dollar company is looking for an EHS Manager for one of its subsidiary plants. This is a a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a large multi-national company.
Responsibilities:
The employee will be the only EHS representative for this plant.
This is a hands on position in a plant NOT a desk job.
Will work closely with all plant employees to ensure a safe work place.
Work directly with the Plant Manager to build a culture of safety and responsibility in the plant.
Ensure compliance with all applicable OSHA requirements.
Works to ensure high levels of safety and compliance.
Requirements
Must have 5 of EHS experience
Bachelors Degree
Must have Manufacturing Experience
Experience in a Chemical manufacturing environment is a plus
Organization skills are important to effectively manage the wide range of responsibilities. The employee must be able to clearly and effectively communicate in person and in writing.
